How to install the Barrier Bastion?

When you get the Bastion Barrier, all the Bastion Barriers are packed in pallet, so if we want to install the Bastion Barriers, we will do the following procedures:

1.Unpack the Barriers.

2.Pull out them and set up.

3.Connect together by Joining Pin, we can see the Joining Pin from above picture, the diameter of Joining Pin is usually 4mm and the material is galvanized steel wire.

4.Fill the sand, earth, cement, stone or soil and compact then as a defence wall or bunker.

For welded wire mesh panels of bastion barrier, how many kinds of galvanized steel wire material there are?

There are 2 kinds of welding & surface treatment methods for galvanized welded wire mesh panels.

One is galvanized before welding:

1-electric galvanized steel wire

2-hot dipped galvanized steel wire

3-Zinc-Alunimum steel wire(galfan coated steel wire)

Another one is galvanized after welding:

In this kind of surface treatment, it means that we will weld the black steel wire to be mesh panels, then do hot dipped galvanizing. The high rust-resistance property is its advantage, but the high cost is its disadvantage.
